Job Title: Site Crew Member

Are you practical, reliable, and passionate about bringing live events to life? We’re hiring Site Crew Members to join an experienced team delivering award-winning brand experiences and event productions across the UK. Based out of our Birmingham depot, this is a hands-on role ideal for those who enjoy working in fast-paced, creative environments.
What You'll Do:
- Support the build, installation, and de-rig of temporary structures, scenic elements, and live event setups
- Assist with loading/unloading kit and managing materials on-site
- Work closely with project managers, site leads, and crew to ensure smooth event execution
- Follow all site safety procedures and contribute to a positive working environment
- Travel to various sites across the UK (accommodation and expenses covered where applicable)
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in events, site crew, or scenic construction (preferred but not essential)
- Physically fit with a strong work ethic and a flexible approach to hours and travel
- Comfortable working outdoors and in changing environments
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
- CSCS, IPAF, PASMA or similar site certifications are a bonus
